Shipping & Returns Policy

Processing & tracking:

Orders are shipped within a week of placing the order.

Small orders under 3 oz will be shipped via stamped mail

Tracking is available for an additional fee at check out

Canada & International shoppers:

Customers are responsible for paying any additional duties and taxes their country may charge upon delivery (including EU & UK countries)

Any VAT, duties, taxes, or fees applied to the order at customs are the customer's responsibility to pay in order to receive their package. Your postal service may require you to pay before you can get your parcel, and failure to do so might result in it getting sent back to me. This applies to any other country that might have import fees. Please keep this in mind before ordering from my shop, thank you!

US - 1-2 weeks

Canada - 2-4 weeks

International - 4 weeks to 2-3 Months

Shipment issues:

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact me ASAP, and I will help you arrange a replacement or refund. Please make sure all your information is correct before placing your order and contact me immediately if you notice a mistake. Changes cannot be made once a package is dropped at the postal office.

Refunds, Exchanges & Privacy:

All sales are final; I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Every item is checked for quality, but I am human, and slight mistakes may still make it through. Colors may appear differently on different screens or vary slightly between print batches, but I try to ensure that they are as accurate as possible for your shopping experience. Your information is used only for shipping your order or contacting you in the event of a problem.
